"I have known Dr. Desai for many years. As a dentist, she is appropriately proactive, handling a range of issues form acute care through basic preventative counseling. As a person, she is concerned, gentle and kind, and after all this time feels almost like a member of the family. In addition, Dr. Desai's office and administrative staff are always efficient, pleasant and highly professional."

I have been patient of Dr Ami Desai for over 13 years. Our family of five loves the professional service that Dr Desai provides. Our children have seen Dr Desai since they were two years old( they are now 11, 12 & 13). Before diagnosing and treating patients, Dr Desai understands the importance to connect to her patients, she often asks “how are you? “ She remembers the trivial that you told her during your last visit. On top of the amazing people skill, Dr Desai exercises professional judgment when giving recommendations. She provides advice and guides patients the treatment roadmap and even consult patients the fee involved so that everything is laid out before patients making decision. She is the most patient dentist I have ever met who took her time for her patients. She is very knowledgeable and her technical skills are impeccable!

In the past Dr Desai had done two major bridge works for me. She has done orthodontic work for my husband and my daughter, who receive many compliments for their beautiful smiles.

Dr. Desai has been my dentist for the last 5 years. I am very pleased with the program she has me
on to keep my teeth and gums healthy. She put a plan in place of what steps we need to take to
insure that I don't have problems in the future that will require major work. A timetable is setup
on her computer that we follow. Dr Desai introduced me to a program to re-align my teeth and we
started it last month. I am very pleased with the results so far.
When I go in for an appointment she asks, before we get started, about any health problems I may
have and if I am experiencing any discomfort with my teeth or gums. She then starts to perform
the scheduled work. All during the work she asks if I am ok and do I need a break. She is an
excellent dentist and I am very satisfied with they way she has managed the health of my teeth
and gums.

My granddaughter was terrified of dentists before we met Dr. Desai. She had some very bad experiences and would start to cry as soon as she knew that we were on our way to another dentist appointment. We knew we had to take her, but the ordeal was very upsetting for all of us. We decided it was time to find another dentist. We actually went around interviewing dentists. Dr. Desai was so kind and so sensitive to Isabelle's fears that they bonded the first time they met. Isabelle was six when we started going to Dr. Desai, she is now eight and has total trust in her. What was a daunting task is now an enjoyable experience. Everyone who works in her office is cheerful and welcoming. I am very thankful that we were fortunate enough to find her and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for that extra special dentist who cares very deeply for her patients.
