Meet the Staff

• John Rich, DDS - Associate Dentist - Dr. John has been practicing general dentistry in Santa Rosa since 1988. He graduated from UCSF School of Dentistry in 1980. After a short stint as a clinical instructor of Operative Dentistry at that school, he accepted a position in Switzerland, where he ran a mobile dental clinic. His duties included all phases of general dentistry, as well as hospital, handicapped and geriatric dental care. Upon his return to California, he practiced in the Santa Cruz area for five years before relocating to Sonoma County at his current location. He takes great pride in his family oriented practice, which emphasizes strong personal service and relationships with his loyal patients. Dr. Rich has been married to his wife, Patricia, for 26 years. She has been an elementary school teacher for 19 years in Santa Rosa. His daughter Stephanie, is a senior at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and his son Thomas, a junior at Analy High School. Dr. Rich enjoys skiing, tennis, cycling and volunteering in the many school and sport related activities of his children.
• Starla Smith - Registered Dental Hygienist, My name is Starla and I am originally from Southeast Alabama. I decided to move to Northern California to finish my education. I graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2006. Beginning my career by working as a temporary employee gave me experience working in a variety different dental offices. I have an expanded license to practice local anesthesia, soft tissue curettage, nitrous oxide, and laser therapy. My hobbies include, showing my two dogs all over California and the surrounding states, as well as, spending time with family. I have worked with Dr. Albers for over a year now and am learning more from him everyday.
• Dalia Bacinskiene - Registered Dental Hygienist, Dalia is a proud graduate of Santa Rosa Junior College Dental Hygiene Program's class of 2005 - the 4th class in the nation. She holds a dental hygiene license with expanded duties in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide sedation, and soft tissue curettage. Dalia has been loyal to Sonoma County; she lived and worked here since she came from Lithuania in 1995. She is a mother of two wonderful daughters, and still finds time for her special interests - dancing and teaching jazzercise. "I am honored to be a member of Dr. Albers dental team. I am looking forward to learning from his expertise and continuing to excel in providing patients and the community with preventative care, comfortable periodontal treatment, and the educational tools people need to maintain their dental health.
• Jeanne Low - Registered Dental Assistant and Office Manager, My name is Jeanne. I'm an RDS - I've worked in the dental field for over 35 years. I've enjoyed the interaction with patients trying to help inform them about their dental treatment, insurance benefits, and making financial arrangements. I look forward to meeting you.
• Stacy Lindell - Front Office Associate. I have worked in the dental field for over 5 years, three of which, I have spent at this office. We have such a wonderful staff and I look forward to coming to work each day. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, miniature horses and my pug, Tess.
• Sue Lish - Front Office Associate, Sue has been in Dentistry since 1980 when she started making crowns and dentures with a dentist friend in her home town of Cloverdale, California. From there, she has extended her dental knowledge and experience by becoming a registered dental assistant, front office administrator, consultant, and trainer. She has studied with some of the leading dental professionals in the country and gladly uses that knowledge to inform and educate patients so that they can make good choices in their dental care. Sue is a proud mom of two beautiful daughters and enjoys, among other things, camping, hiking road trips, music and cooking.
• Rosa Campa - My name is Rosa Campa, I am a Registered Dental Assistant, licensed in coronal polish and radiology as well as certification in ultrasonic's and oral conscious sedation. I started in the dental field when I was a sophomore in high school and have been working in dentistry for over twenty years. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children.
• Timber Cookson - Hi my name is Timber Cookson. I am a Registered Dental Assistant, licensed in coronal polish and x-ray certified. I have been working in the dental field for over five years. I enjoy my work very much and love helping patients and making them happy. In my off time, I enjoy driving my race car all over California or riding my dirt bikes. Hope to meet you soon.
• Yvonne DeBaca - Hi name is Yvonne Debaca. I have worked in the Dental field for 5 years. I work both the front office, helping with the administrative duties, as well as in the back office. I also, assist with patient care. I am currently expanding my knowledge, working with our, in-office periodontist. He is helping me learn about tissue and bone grafting as well as placing implants and other gum related treatment. I am very proud to be part of Dr. Albers' outstanding dental team. Interacting with patients and helping them achieve the healthy smiles they deserve in my passion. In my spare time, I teach aerobic kickboxing at my father's martial arts studio in Santa Rosa.
