Welcome to our office. Our practice has been caring for the people of Fremont and surrounding communities for over 30 years. We have a modern facility that features a comfortable setting and a friendly staff. Our team is dedicated to listening to each of our patient's concerns and educating them about the best treatments for their dental needs. We care about our patients. Meet the Staff

• Front office Staff:
• Kim Mederios - I have had the privilege of working at this practice for 24 years. I am the insurance coordinator for our office, and help to keep the front office running smooth. You will find a family feeling here, we treat our patients as if they were family or friends. I have seen our practice grow and change over the years. It's exciting to see all the new changes. I love working with our patients, for me, it's been great to see how the younger patients have grown up and are now bringing their families to see us.
• Diane Pereira - I work as a receptionist in Dr. Chengs' front office. I have been a part of this practice for 5 years. I started as a back office assistant and have been working in the front office for the past year. When needed I alternate between the front and back. I also speak fluent Porteguese. I'm a new mother and the enjoy the flexibility of our office. You can feel how much the patients and staff are valued. I look forward to many more years working at this practice.
• Jeannette Castaneda - I have been a part of our practice for 21 years. I am the appointment and financial coordinator. I speak fluent Spanish which has been a great help for our Spanish speaking patients. Our practice is ever growing and changing. I am excited to be part of a great team and looking forward to many years ahead.
• Dental Assistants:
• Christy Gorbet - I've worked in our practice for 5 years. I began as an intern and am now a RDA and the lead assistant in our office. I work with both doctors, Murakami and Cheng. I'm very privileged to work in an environment I love with a great staff.
• Jade Burgos: I am the newest member of our family. I have been working for Dr. Cheng for the past year and six months in this practice. I am a dental assistant and enjoy working with our patients and staff.
• Hygienists:
• Dana Casey - I'm one of the hygienists that work at Dr. Cheng's office. I graduated from the Chabot College hygiene program in 1994. I've been a hygienist for 16 years and have worked for Dr. Cheng for the last 5 years. I've been part of this practice ever since i received my hygiene license. The people I work with are like family to me. It is a great feeling to know that I am a positive influence on people's lives and helping them to maintain good oral health.
• Mary Murakami - I've been a hygienist for 33 years and a part of this practice for 22 years. I love the people I work with and admire how professional and ethical our dentists are. You can feel the positive vibe in the office. We truly strive to make each patient feel appreciated and to give them the best possible dental care.
• Amy Ingram - I have been a member of this staff for 16 years. I began while in high school as a rover, helping both back and front office. I became an assistant in 1996 while continuing my eduction. I graduated from the Chabot College dental hygiene program in 2002. I have been a hygienist in our office for 8 years now. I have been very blessed to find a wonderful place to both work and grow with. I am looking forward to many more wonderful years to come.
• Mary Minaker: I have been a dental hygienist for 36 years and have worked in this office for the past 35 years. I can't believe it has been so long. It is a pleasure to be a member of the staff. I regard both the staff and patients as my second family. I continue to look forward to coming to work every week.
• Michelle Hunter - I graduated from Oxnard College with a degree in dental hygiene in 2002. I have worked with Dr. Cheng and his staff for 5 years now. This office is a great place to work and a great family environment. I am looking forward to a long career working with Dr. Cheng.
• Teresa Hughes - I received my degree in dental hygiene from USC in 1991. I have been working in Dr. Cheng's office for 3 years. I am also fluent in Spanish. It is a wonderful experience to be a member of this office family. It truly enjoy working with the patients and staff, and hope for many more years to come.
