Meet the Staff

Daisy Wang, RDH - Daisy Wang is our Dental Hygienist who began working in the dental field in 1991 as a Dental Assistant in San Francisco. In 1995 she received an Associate Degree in Dental Assisting from the City College of San Francisco. While continuing to work as an assistant, she furthered her education by earning an Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene and graduated with honors from Foothill college in 2000. Daisy joined Dr. Kafayi's practice right after graduation in August of 2000 as a full time Dental Hygienist. She prides herself in providing excellent clinical care and helping them attain optimal oral health. Daisy is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Serguei Amirkhanian - Serguei is our Registered Dental Assistant who joined Dr. Kafayi's team in 2003. Serguei graduated from Bryman College (now Everst College) of San Francisco in 2003 and received his RDA License in 2004. He has had extensive training in CEREC and staining all types of porcelain Crowns. Born in Southern Russia he immigrated to the United States in 1999. Serguei is Fluent in English, Armenian, and Russian.

Irene Lee, RDA - Irene Lee is our Patient Services Coordinator and she'll help you schedule appointments. She is efficient and organized- so if you have any questions about your insurance claim or payments, do not hesitate to call her. Born in Kazakhstan, Irene earned her BS and MS in mathematics and immigrated to America in 1992. A member of our staff since May 1999, Irene had 6 years experience in the dental profession prior to joining us. She is fluent in English and Russian. Irene lives in San Francisco with her husband. Both are very involved in community volunteer work, enjoy movies, fine restaurants and traveling.
